ORDERING

Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest any time.

By setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I /create an account?
Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

How do I order?
Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

Urgent orders: I need it fast!
If you have a deadline or a special event we strongly recommend you contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to cater to your order. We offer express shipping on most products and for custom made products, we offer a pick up option for Sydney residents.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Australia.
Please note – our macaron bombonieres, cake pops and custom made cakes are only available in Sydney residents.

Can I change an item in my order?
If you wish to change or cancel any item after placing your order, and before it has shipped, please contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

For our custom made products – we also accept bank transfer to our Pretty Creations Party account.

CUSTOM MADE – Bombonieres, Cakes, Cake Pops, Candles and Cake Toppers

Is there a minimum order required?
Minimum order quantities apply to our custom made products (except custom made cakes and cake toppers) – please check the individual product page.

Do you take appointments?
Yes, we take appointments by request usually on weekends, but after work hours may also be available.

Candles – you will be able to view our range of candles bombonieres in person as well as the personalised labels and ribbon colours available.

Macarons – we offer taste tasting for our macarons. You will also be able to view our packaging, personalised labels and ribbon colours available.

Personalised Glass Jars – you can view our range of glass jars available in person as well as the personalised labels and ribbon colours available.

Do you offer taste tasting for macarons?
Yes, we can hold a taste testing for you at our showroom in either Erskineville or Wolli Creek.

With the macaron taste testing – you can pick up to 4 flavours. We feature our most popular flavours on our website page, however we also offer custom flavours and other speciality flavours we can suggest for your event.

Please note that in the taste testing all the macaron shells will be the same colour as they are made in one batch, however it is only the filling that determines the flavour & this will be different. Usually the shells are in creamy white for the taste testing. If you would like to see the macaron shells in a particular colour other than white, we can also organise this.
The taste testing will be a small fee of $24 (for 12 macarons) – as this will be made especially for you.

You warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects. See our privacy policy regarding the treatment of your personal information.

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information you provide to us is up to date. If your personal information changes then please notify us via email at [email protected].

Alternatively, you can update your details through the “my account” page. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for taking all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you have reason to believe that your password has become known to somebody else, or is likely to be used in any way that is unauthorised by you, you should contact us immediately. If you forget your password we will reset it upon your request and send it to the email address, which you specified when you registered.
