I’m all about maximum (wow factor) impact and low effort and time – so here’s three easy-peasy ideas that will delight your party guest for Christmas. These were put together by three mums with full time jobs and two kids each all under 4 – so you know it is definitely achievable!

Lily is your typical girly girl. Her favourite colour is pink, her favourite ice cream flavour is pink, she loves Disney and Barbies and in general her outfit of choice are tutus and maxi dresses (I think they remind her of long flowy princess gowns, but for whatever reason she loves them and they make her look so cute).
It so happened that the birth of baby number two (Taylor) and Lily’s birthday was quite close together and being in my third trimester, I was in no mood to plan two separate celebrations so I combined both together (genius!). The event became Taylor’s welcome home (we didn’t do a baby shower) and Lily’s 3rd birthday.

I’ve always liked the symbolic interpretation of a butterfly. Not only are they beautiful, but the butterfly as represents growth and change, hope and life. It was the perfect theme for Taylor’s Christening!
It recently drawn on me that the last night time I baked something for Easter was back in 2012 (pre-Lily days). Whilst I’m not baking this year (let’s face it I have no time for that!) – I’ve decided it’s time to put more effort into Easter. Lily loves Easter and helping me with crafty party prep so this year we are making bunny fruit cups (but you can fill these with anything you like) and Easter peanut butter egg nests. They are so easy – it will take you no time at all. And they look so so good! Time to get hopping!!
When your girlfriend asks you to help model her new swimwear range – how can you refuse?? Her swimwear line is called Aurein Swim and the range is superb! I’ve been wearing mine pretty much every week this summer to take my girls swimming and it’s the perfect swimwear for poolside modesty, whilst also looking very stylish. Made from quality Italian UPF 50+ (ultraviolet protection factor) fabric, it also holds and contours you in in all the right places. Basically it’s a win-win for all women-kind and I haven’t even mentioned the best part, these ultra flattering swimsuits come with their own mini-me version- for the girls! The style I’ve chosen is called Diana and it comes with a separate top and bottom, the girls’ version is similar in one piece but features the same thicker straps and side ruching with bows – just like the mummy version.
